Inter-Branch Floating :
For employees always on-the-run to clock from any branch and terminal, just activate floating on the user's account and enroll the user on the floating device. Users can only clock from a terminal if enrolled to clock from it.

Real-Time Attendance Logging:
Xietryx integrated devices are always on-line and provides attendance information in real-time.
Current integrated devices ( X-FPW-100,X-FPN-100, X-SCN-100 ).
Smart Phones such as Sony XperiaZ Series supports Xietryx - Andriod NFC Read App.

One-Time Enrollment:
Xietryx integrated devices requires just one-time enrollment. For a User to use the inter-branch feature, just activate Inter-Branch Float and chose the floating branch from your branch list, Xietryx will synchronize User's clocking credentials with all floating terminal ( eg: Fingerprint Template and Smart Card Tags ). NO RE-ENROLLMENT REQUIRED.

With Xietryx's intuitive Mobile Web UI, employees can check the Attendance Record and write Lateness Explanation Report from their mobile phones.
So, anytime an employee makes a clock transaction, he / she have real time information on his/her clocking.

The Mobile UI also provides a mini Performance Analysis Information, Group Time Settings and Clocking Mode Status.

No special knowledge is required to use the Mobile UI properly, which is particularly important when a staff has to clock from a Duty Station.

Viewed from the employees' perspective, this means time and attendance management is no longer just an abstract concept where an employee is a passive observer who sees the results of his clock transactions at the end of the day.
